I want to share a recipe for brownie with mascarpone. This chocolate cake and mascarpone cream go well together, but I’m not referring to serving brownies with mascarpone cream, but so to speak, baking them together. Although, I like both options.

Ingredients. Brownies with mascarpone.
Chocolate – 7.04 oz (200 g)
Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
Sugar – about 3.53 oz (100 g)
Butter – 5.29 oz (150 g)
Flour – 4.59 oz-5.29 oz (130-150 g)
Cocoa or carob – optionally 1-2 tbsp.
Baking powder – 0.3 tsp
Cognac or rum – up to 1 tbsp.
Salt – 1 pinch
Mascarpone – 8.82 oz (250 g)
Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
Eggs – 1 pc.
Vanilla Sugar – 1 tsp
To prepare brownies with mascarpone cheese, prepare the ingredients according to the list. Add or not to the test cocoa, decide for yourself. If you use milk chocolate, it is better to add, and if the chocolate is dark or bitter, it is not necessary.
Recently, I often use the flavor analogue of cocoa-carob. For the cream, combine the mascarpone with the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir and whisk until smooth. To prepare the brownie dough, melt the chocolate pieces together with the butter in a water bath, over low heat, or in the microwave on medium power. Stir, let the chocolate mass cool to a warm state, add the eggs and brandy if desired. Stir again with a whisk, spatula or fork, but not whipping.
Then you need to add flour, sugar and optionally baking powder, cocoa or carob. Transfer the brownie batter to a greased form. Traditionally, brownies are baked in rectangular forms, but for home options will fit any (round, curly).
Then lay the cream of cream cheese. It was assumed that the finished brownie will be on top of a spectacular marble surface, for this I slightly mixed the cream with the top of the dough. Bake the brownies at 356 F (180 C) for 45-60 minutes, i.e. focus on the properties of your oven. The main thing – do not over-dry!
Brownie cake with mascarpone is ready. Very tasty and cream is not on top, and layers in the middle of the brownie was in the theme.
