I propose to make such a brownie for tea. For the test, you can use both white and brown sugar. The ingredients contain alcohol. Brandy, liquors, fragrant balms are suitable, but this is not an obligatory ingredient.
If you want to get a brownie with a friable and more porous structure, add 0.5-1 teaspoon to the baking powder. To prepare a brownie with a banana, prepare the ingredients on the list. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath or microwave at medium power. Mix them together into a homogeneous mass, add alcohol.
Mix eggs with sugar or demerara. You do not need to whip them. Combine the egg mass with the cooled chocolate and mix until smooth. It remains to add a portion of flour, mix thoroughly, and the brownie dough is ready. For the filling, break the white chocolate into slices, and cut the banana crosswise into pieces.
Brownies are traditionally baked in rectangular shapes. Pour the dough into a suitable greased or padded baking paper dish. Dip the pieces of white chocolate and banana in random or even order. Bake brownies in a preheated oven at 356-392F (180-200 C). Cooking time depends on the properties of the oven and the height of the dough in the mold. It is advisable not to overdry. Such an option, as in the photo, was baked for 45 minutes.
Finished brownie with a banana can be decorated to taste. For winter tea drinking, it is suitable to powder the surface with icing sugar. Cut the brownies into square or rectangular pieces.
