Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Unsweetened apple juice 1/2 Cup
Minced garlic 1 teaspoon

Cooking time one hour 10 minutes
Remove the tenderloin from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature. Cut it into two parts and rub it with salt, pepper, and ginger.
In a small bowl, combine the chopped lemon, cranberries, raisins, apple juice, garlic, and mustard.
Place the meat in the bowl of a slow cooker and pour the apple sauce over it. Place the fresh apple and parsley around the meat. Close the lid, set the “Stew” mode and the timer for 1 hour. Then place the tenderloin in the oven for 10 minutes to brown the crust – you can serve it to the table.
