Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
Jalapeno peppers 2 pieces
Green onion feathers 1 bunch
Blueberries 3 cups
Red onion 1 head
Lime juice 3.5 tablespoons
Coarse salt ½ teaspoon
Crushed Basil leaves ½ Cup
Chopped coriander (coriander) ½ Cup
Chicken breast fillet 35.27 oz (1 kg)
Cayenne pepper to taste

Instruction. Grilled chicken with blueberry and basil salsa.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Preheat the grill. Grease the grill with oil. Put the jalapeno peppers on the grill and fry for about 15 minutes, until the skin is slightly burnt. Transfer to a Board, allow to cool slightly and remove the skin. Finely chop the flesh and seeds (if you do not like very spicy, remove the seeds as well).
