Strawberry 8.82 oz (250 g)
Walnuts 3 pieces
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar 2.5 tablespoons

Cooking time 20 minutes

Place the nuts in the oven for 5-8 minutes, preheated to 356F degrees, and then cool.

In a mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, slowly pour a thin stream of olive oil, constantly stirring with a whisk.

Cut the strawberries into large slices (halves or quarters) and mix with fresh spinach leaves. Add the toasted nuts, vinegar and oil mixture and mix thoroughly, taking care not to crush the strawberries.
