Dried apricots 8.82oz
Apple juice without added sugar 1 cup
Raspberries (fresh or frozen) 17.64oz
Vanilla or cinnamon to taste
Cardamom to taste
Preparation of raspberry sorbet:
Cut the dried apricots into small pieces. If you do not have a powerful blender: then soak the dried apricots for 2.5 hours in apple juice. If you have a great blender, then you do not need to soak anything.

Coconut milk of normal fat content 1 jar

Preparation of coconut ice cream:
Mix all the ingredients of the future coconut ice cream in a blender until smooth and pour it into the ice cream molds. Put the ice cream in the freezer, and after 30 minutes, insert the sticks into the ice cream. Put the ice cream back in the freezer and leave it there for about 5 hours.
A MORE COMPLEX VERSION: if you want something unusual and beautiful, then do not mix the coconut mass with berries, but fill out the forms with it not to the end and send them to the freezer for 15 minutes.
