Healthy ice cream:
1. Naiskrim-healthy ice cream for the very busy
The cooking time of naiskrim is 5 minutes (plus the time to freeze bananas)
Such ice cream does not need to be frozen, nor do you need to use an ice cream maker for it. Take it, do it and eat it right away.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Frozen bananas 4-5 pieces
of any berries (for example, cherries, peeled or strawberries) 7.05oz
Peanut paste without additives 1 tablespoon
Of coke cream 1 tablespoon
Liquid vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Preparation of naisrim:

Sorbet preparation time: 10 minutes plus 6 hours for freezing
Ingredients for 4 large servings:
Dried apricots 8.82oz
Apple juice without added sugar 1 cup
Raspberries (fresh or frozen) 17.64oz
Vanilla or cinnamon to taste
Cardamom to taste
Preparation of raspberry sorbet:
Cut the dried apricots into small pieces. If you do not have a powerful blender: then soak the dried apricots for 2.5 hours in apple juice. If you have a great blender, then you do not need to soak anything.
Whisk all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, and then put them in a form suitable for a freezer, cover with a lid and send them to the freezer for about 6 hours (depending on the capacity of the freezer). To prevent crystals from forming in the ice cream, you need to take out the ice cream every hour and mix it with a spoon.
ATTENTION: if you have an ice cream maker, then you can mix everything in it after blending for about 45 minutes (or according to the instructions for it). Then you will not need to stir the ice cream every hour.

In this version, there is almost no sugar and no milk For such a useful ice cream, you need to use molds (sold in IKEA or online!). I recommend investing in such forms — you can prepare many options for delicious vegan ice cream.
Cooking time: 10 minutes plus about 5 hours in the freezer
Ingredients (about 10 servings-depends on the size of your molds):
Coconut milk of normal fat content 1 jar
Liquid vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Any berries 10.58oz
Agave syrup or maple syrup 1 tablespoon
Preparation of coconut ice cream:
Mix all the ingredients of the future coconut ice cream in a blender until smooth and pour it into the ice cream molds. Put the ice cream in the freezer, and after 30 minutes, insert the sticks into the ice cream. Put the ice cream back in the freezer and leave it there for about 5 hours.
A MORE COMPLEX VERSION: if you want something unusual and beautiful, then do not mix the coconut mass with berries, but fill out the forms with it not to the end and send them to the freezer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully pour the berries crushed in a blender into the molds with the coconut mass, and put them back in the freezer. After 30 minutes, insert the ice cream sticks and leave to freeze for about 5 more hours (depending on the capacity of the freezer).
