It is complemented with bright berries and deliciously drenched with topping. Chocolate products will become a real decoration of the tea party, will bring variety to the usual breakfast, turning it into a small holiday for the whole family!

Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Today we are preparing chocolate pancakes. As a basis, take a glass of 6.76 fl oz (200 ml). Beat the eggs with a whisk with sugar and salt. Add 3/4 Cup of milk to the mixture. Mix everything well. Add vanilla essence, for lack of such-vanilla on the tip of the knife, vanilla in the pods. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder, pour into the mixture. Mix well with a whisk, so that there are no lumps. Melt the butter with the remaining milk and cool it.
Add to the dough. And mix again. The dough should turn out like this, it pours, but at the same time it will be quite thick. Adjust the degree of its density yourself: if necessary, add flour. Pour the dough into a DRY pan. It will spread itself out as it should. Fry on a low heat for about 1 minute. As soon as there are bubbles on the surface that start to burst, turn the pancake over and fry on the other side for just half a minute.
Ready pancakes fold slide. The side that is baked first is facing you. You can see that it is smooth, matte. If fried in oil, the effect would be quite different. From this number of ingredients, I usually get 15-20 pieces. It all depends on the diameter of the pancakes. Serve with yogurt, sour cream, maple syrup, honey, and berries. If you want romance, you can decorate with whipped cream. Have a nice morning!
