Instruction:
Especially good is a hot or warm brownie pie served with ice cream, but also cold. For coffee cakes, prepare the ingredients from the recipe list. Break the chocolate for the dough into pieces, cut the butter. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave: cycle for 30 seconds, 2-3 times at most. In the cocoa butter, send cocoa, ground and instant coffee and mix. While the chocolate-cream mixture cools, mix the eggs with the sugar and salt. Beating is not necessary.
Then, combine and mix the egg mass with the butter and chocolate. Add the flour and mix again. Pour the dough into a greased or soft baking dish. Traditionally, this is a rectangular shape, but any shape (round, oval, etc.). Break the chocolate for filling into small pieces or use chocolate drops. They should be evenly thrown on the dough and slightly buried, if they do not sink under their own weight.
Bake cakes at a temperature of 356°F for about 30 minutes. If desired, put more chocolate drops on the surface of the hot brownie-this is already a decoration. Aromatic with a rich, rich chocolate and coffee flavor. Give it a try!
Let the dessert cool completely. Put it in the refrigerator overnight to mature. I recommend starting tasting no earlier than 6 hours after baking. Enjoy your tea!
