Preheat the gas grill to medium heat.
Mix the minced pork with the garlic, salt and pepper. Make four cutlets.
Pour the vegetable oil on a hot baking sheet, lay out the meat and send it to the grill. After 2 minutes, turn the meat over and cook for about 2-3 more minutes.
Cover the finished cutlets with slices of cheese (it is better to use cheese for hot sandwiches) and send them to the grill for 1-2 minutes, so that the cheese is slightly melted, but has not yet begun to spread. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the avocado pulp into small slices.
Cut the hamburger buns lengthwise and assemble 4 cheeseburgers from 8 halves, placing mayonnaise, meat and cheese, tomato slices, avocado slices, and coarsely chopped coriander leaves on the bottom half. Cover the top with half of the bun and serve. Very tasty cheeseburger! Bon Appetit!
