Step-by-step recipe

Cooking 30 minutes

When I made the dough, I thought that the dough was a bit thin, but this is quite possible, and I added a little more flour-about 1.76 oz (50 grams), so that the dough became thicker. As a result, they turned out to be lush packages that instantly flew away for Breakfast. Classic pancakes.
Take a deep plate. Sift the wheat flour. Add salt, sugar, citric acid, and soda. Using a kitchen whisk, mix the dry ingredients for about 30 seconds. Then add the chicken egg. Beat with a mixer. Pour the milk. Continue whisking until smooth. Add the olive oil. Whisk for another 2 minutes.

You should get a thick dough that falls from the spoon in chunks, not a thin stream. Heat the pan well. Spoon out small portions of dough. Fry over low heat until golden brown. When bubbles appear on the top side, you can flip to the other side. And also fry for 2-3 minutes. The pancakes are ready. Put the ready-made pancakes in a stack. Do not cover, so as not to get wet. When the latter is ready, pour a stack of pancakes with syrup or liquid honey, put a piece of butter on top. Leave to soak for 3-5 minutes. Bon Appetit!
