Brownie is the perfect treat, both children and adults alike love it. Cooking brownies with nuts is incredibly simple and fast enough. The most important thing is not to overexpose it in the oven, because it was precisely for its tender and tasty middle that the dessert was so loved by everyone. Dark chocolate 6.35 oz (180 g)
Butter 5.29 oz ( 150 g)
Eggs 3 PCs.
Sugar 7.04 oz ( 200 g)
Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
Flour 4.94 oz (140 g)
Walnuts (or any other) 3.53 oz (100 g)
Baking powder 0.25 tsp.456 kcal per 3.53 oz ( 100g) of ingredients
To prepare a chocolate brownie with walnuts, take: dark chocolate, butter, eggs, sugar (its amount can be reduced to 3.53 oz ( 100 g), depending on how bitter the chocolate will be used and just on your taste), cocoa powder, flour, walnuts (if desired, you can take any other nuts that you like) and a pinch of baking powder.
Let’s start with the chocolate. Break it into small pieces and mix together with the butter in a fireproof bowl. And on a steam bath or in a microwave, melt the chocolate with butter until you get a smooth glaze. Do not heat the mixture too much, otherwise the chocolate will curdle and the mixture will turn out in grains. Remove the finished glaze from the steam bath and leave to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, chop the nuts. We do this in any convenient way: with a knife, mortar, or food processor. In flour, the nuts are not crushed, the pieces of nuts should be felt in the finished brownie. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Beat with a whisk or mixer until light foam is obtained.
Add the cooled chocolate frosting to the egg foam and mix until smooth. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Quickly knead the thick dough. Add the chopped walnuts. We mix them in the dough. Form 7,87×7,87 in (20×20 cm) (you can take a slightly larger size) lined with paper or oil and dust with a small amount of flour. Spread the dough in the form and carefully level with a spatula.
Bake the chocolate brownie with nuts for about 20-25 minutes at 356F (180 C). The main thing is not to keep it in the oven too long. As soon as a thick crust is formed on top, and there are no traces of liquid dough inside, the brownies can be removed from the oven. Let the brownie cool, and it can be served. Before serving, the brownies, if desired, can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. You can serve it with chocolate sauce. Bon Appetit!
