For 6 servings
Lentils 7.05 oz (200g)
Carrots 4 PCs
Onion 2 PCs
Garlic 2 cloves
Greek yogurt 4 tablespoons
Hot pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 tablespoon
Curry, salt, other spices to taste
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Cooking time 45 minutes
Peel and chop the onion and 3 carrots and fry in a frying pan in oil until golden. When the vegetables are well caramelized, add sliced garlic, curry and turmeric. Healthy recipe: Lentil soup-puree.
Combine 4 cups of water and toasted vegetables in a saucepan. Stir and cook for 7-10 minutes. When the vegetables are soft, puree all together.
Wash the lentils, cut the carrots into small cubes, and chop the hot pepper. Fry the carrots, lentils and peppers in a frying pan in hot oil, then add a little water and simmer over low heat.
When the contents of the pan become soft, transfer it to the pureed mass and mix. Cook everything together for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
