Pita bread cakes 8 PCs
1 tablespoon butter

Dill 2 tablespoons
Natural yogurt 8 tablespoons

Instruction. Pita with lamb and yogurt dressing.

Cooking time 35 minutes

Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and minced lamb. Fry until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Then add the onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the onion is soft. Add the spices and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. If necessary, add a little water so that the minced meat does not stick to the pan.

Bake the pita in a dry pan or on the grill. Cut it, if it is fluffy, to fold the filling inside. If your pita is flat, just butter it and spread the filling on top.

Put some hummus in the middle of the pita, add the cooked minced lamb, then the watercress. Mix the dill and yogurt. Pour the dressing into the “pocket”. Garnish the dish with pomegranate seeds and serve.

Bon Appetit!
