Instruction:. Prawns with tequila cream and green onions.

Mix the prawns with salt and roughly ground black pepper. Over a moderate heat, melt the butter in a medium-sized frying pan and toss the prawns in. Fry until they are pink (3-5 minutes depending on size).

Reduce the heat, pour tequila (silver) into the prawns, and set it on fire. Carefully shake the pan several times, waiting for the flame to subside.

Remove the prawns from the heat, pour in the cream or sour cream, mix, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve hot with cooked rice.
