Instruction: Quiche with broccoli and turkey bacon.

Preheat the oven to 392F degrees. Expand the pie dough layer and place it in a medium form.
Arrange 6 strips of bacon one above the other in a square on a baking sheet; the edges should touch, but not overlap. Next, work with one of the remaining strips at a time, interlacing them at the top and bottom to make a grid. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar, milk, eggs, tomatoes, broccoli, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a little freshly ground black pepper. Put on the dough in the form. Bake the bacon rack and quiche on separate baking sheets until the bacon is just beginning to fry and the quiche is slightly set, but still quivering in the center, about 15 minutes.
Use two spatulas to transfer the bacon rack to the top of the kish. Continue baking until the bacon is crisp and the quiche is completely set, another 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes then serve. Bon Appetit!
