Soy milk 1 Cup
Onion bulb 1 PC.
Tomato 1 PC.
Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cooking time 40 minutes
Wash and boil the rice. Parse the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil until soft, and mix with the rice.
Mix chickpea flour and milk to the consistency of liquid sour cream, add all the spices.
While the dough is infused, fry the chopped onion and tomato in a pan. Pour the dough into the filling and cook on both sides over medium heat with the lid closed (you can open it at the end).
