Instruction. Tea sausage from cookies.
We prepare products for tea sausage from cookies. How to make tea sausage from cookies, with nuts: Put the nuts in a plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin. We do the same with cookies, crumbling it with a rolling pin in several passes. A convenient way that does not get dirty dishes.
Crushed nuts and cookies, as well as condensed milk, butter and cocoa are placed in one container. The oil should be well thawed. Mix the products thoroughly.
The cutting Board is covered with tracing paper. We spread the resulting mass on paper, which we level out in the form of a rectangle. One of the sides is measured along the length of the plate on which we will later place the finished roll.
In a deep dish, put all the products for the filling, mix them. We transfer the coconut mass to a layer of cookies, form a bar from it along the length of the future roll. Wrap the edges of the tracing paper, tightly compressing the filling with the outer layer. Put the roll wrapped in paper in the cold for a couple of hours or overnight.
Transfer the roll to a plate. Curd cream is filled in a pastry syringe. “Paint” the surface of the roll with cream – and the tea sausage from cookies is ready. Portioned cookie roll is served for dessert. Bon Appetit!
