It could be connected with the launch of a new project, with the establishment of a new business, with a quick move to another country or with some other fateful changes. What to do? Be sure to arrange a day-off for yourself as a reward for the work done. Go out of town on weekends, take a massage course, find a hobby. Reward yourself with some pleasant little rest after each period of concentrated work. The main thing in these moments is not to think about the main tasks!
Write down 6 tasks for each day that are necessary and possible to complete during this time. Arrange them in the list so that the first two are the most important, or the key ones, without which you will not budge. Do everything in order! Why can’t I plan?
Sometimes there is something that brings down all our plans. And then we get disappointed and give up this business, deciding that it is absolutely not ours. It may also seem to you that you are a creative person, and planning is a matter of structural people. Or you take on too much, which leads to burnout and exhaustion.

Try the six-case technique. Divide your big task or a series of tasks into small pieces and distribute them on a time scale. Learn to set goals! While there is no clear plan of action, understanding what you want, correctly set goals — there will be no result.
