If you want to make dumplings in reserve and freeze, then you need to add one egg. Otherwise, the dough will break after freezing.
At the final kneading of the dough, I lubricate them with olive oil with my hands. I wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest while I make the mince.

Peel the onion, chop it finely and marinate it with salt, black pepper, basil, marjoram and vinegar. Inflorescences of cauliflower finely crumble with a knife, you can grate on the largest grater. Heat a frying pan with oil. Fry half of the cauliflower over high heat, stirring constantly.
