Mix the powdered sugar thoroughly with the butter so that the mixture becomes almost white.

Add the egg yolks to the sugar and butter mixture and beat to a froth.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour with baking powder and grated almonds. In parts, pour the flour mixture into a bowl with the egg-oil mass. Adding almond extract, mix until the consistency of the dough.

Beat the egg whites and add the protein foam to the dough in parts.

In two not very deep round baking dishes with a removable bottom, lay baking paper, pre-greasing the walls inside with butter.
