Ingredients:

Grated carrot 12.35 oz
Almond milk 1 Cup
Cashews 15 PCs
Raisins 3 tablespoons(more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
Pistachios 15 PCs
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Saffron 4-5 threads
Cardamom 6 pods or ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
Stevia to taste

The production time of one hour

Wash the raisins and then soak them with saffron threads in almond milk for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil or ghee with spices to a pleasant aroma. Add the grated carrots and simmer until the carrots are soft, about 10 minutes.
Add almond milk with raisins and saffron. Stir and leave the mixture over medium heat until the moisture has completely evaporated, about 20-25 minutes.
Turn off the fire. Add the pistachios and cashews and leave for another 10 minutes.
Add stevia to taste and mix well.
