For the pie, prepare the necessary products from the list. The butter must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, separated 5.29 oz (150 g) and left at room temperature to become soft.


Add the eggs one at a time, whisking after each. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking soda and baking powder. In the egg-sugar mixture, add the flour mass and sour cream in 3-4 doses, mixing thoroughly. The dough will turn out as sour cream of medium density.

For the filling, mix the flour with sugar and cold butter, grind into crumbs, add chopped walnuts. Walnuts for pie need to be crushed not into small crumbs, but also so that there are no large pieces.
Cover the form with parchment, pour out half of the dough and sprinkle with half of the nut crumbs. Then pour out the second part of the dough and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 356F (180 C) and bake
