Pork steak with barbecue sauce

Pork steak with barbecue sauce

Pork steak with barbecue sauce will make an original and satisfying dish for the whole family. We recommend that you bake the meat in a sauce — you will get a delicious, crisp crust and tender, juicy flesh. We recommend buying a pork loin on the bone or without it. The cut is easy to carve into steaks. Loin – a tender part of pork with a small amount of fat, for which the marinade is not required.

Enough salt, a mixture of ground peppers and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. While the meat is marinating, do not waste time and prepare a spicy addition for the pork steak. Texas barbecue sauce turns out to be flavorful, not too spicy and very tasty. Brown sugar gives the dish a light caramel flavor, and therefore it is not recommended to replace it with white sugar. Ketchup for sauce should be used as natural as possible, without additives and spices.
