Prepare the components of a smoothie: frozen bananas and sea buckthorn do not need to be defrosted. I freeze bananas already peeled and sliced. The number of bananas can be changed depending on their size and the desired density of the smoothie. Ginger can be taken to taste more or less.
Despite the fact that it is in the sea buckthorn seeds that the main amount of useful oil is contained, I still suggest removing them so that the finished drink is creamy, uniform and pleasant to drink. To do this, put the berries in a blender, add a little water to help the blender grind sea buckthorn.
Puree the berries at high speed in a blender, then rub the resulting puree through a sieve. Rinse the bowl of the blender and return the sea buckthorn puree to it. Add the bananas, grated ginger, cinnamon, and remaining water.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous drink, taste it and add honey, if necessary. After you add the honey and beat into a soft mousse smoothie again.
