Instruction. Hamburger “Scandinavia”

Pass the beef through a meat grinder, add oil, a tablespoon of ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands (if using a combine, the meat will be fibrous) until smooth. Form a cutlet: fill the cooking ring with minced meat and tamp it down.

Very finely chop the pickled cucumber, chop the white onion. Mix the cucumber and onion with mayonnaise, half a tablespoon of ketchup, HP sauce, tabasco, and worcestershire sauce. Add the main ingredient — cognac.

Cut half of the tomato and red onion into thin rings. Lettuce leaves “iceberg” carefully, trying not to damage, fold in the form of a boat. Put slices of tomato and red onion on the salad, lightly press down with your hands.

Roast the meat, bun and bacon on the grill (a grill pan is also suitable). The bun takes thirty seconds to brown, the bacon half a minute on each side, and the average degree of roasting the meat will take four or five minutes. A minute before it is ready, put the cheese on the cutlet and let it melt.

Place a boat of lettuce with slices of tomato and onion on half of the toasted bun, pour two or three tablespoons of sauce over it, put the cutlet with cheddar cheese and bacon on top, and cover with the second half of the bun. Garnish with a hamburger will be a pickled cucumber, cut into four parts.
