Squid has a neutral taste, so lemon juice and garlic will be an excellent base for the marinade.

Ingredients:

Squid carcasses 4 pcs.
Squid tentacles 7.0oz
Lemons 1/2 pcs.
Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
Chili pepper 1/2 pc.
Garlic 3 cloves
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Pepper to taste

Avocado 1 pc.
Salad mix
Bulgarian pepper  1 pc.

Cooking method:

1. Pre-thawed and cleaned squid carcasses and tentacles, rinse and dry.

2. Prepare the marinade. Peel and chop the garlic and chili pepper. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Mix the garlic, lemon zest, chili, pour in the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and add olive oil.

To easily clean the squid carcasses, you need to defrost them in the refrigerator beforehand. Then pour boiling water for one minute. When the skin is curdled, drain the boiling water and place the carcasses in cold water. After that, it will be very easy to remove the curdled skin.

3.Mussels in white wine

Before buying mussels, pay attention to the fact that the flaps of the shells are tightly closed.

Ingredients:

Mussels in shells 28.22oz
Onion 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Butter 2 tablespoons

Lemon-for serving

Cooking method:

1. Pre-defrost the mussels and rinse thoroughly.
