This light and delicious dish can be prepared in half an hour and served as a snack on the holiday table.
It can be prepared for both breakfast and dinner. You can eat it right away or take it with you and have a snack at work or on the road. Just please yourself and your loved ones with a delicious and unusual dish. Pigs in a blanket will help you out if you suddenly have visitors. Prepare the ingredients.
Defrost the puff pastry, place it on a lightly floured table and roll it out in a square shape. Cut the dough in the middle horizontally, and then vertically – into strips of such width that they turn out a little narrower than the sausages you bought. So, during the baking process, the ends of the sausages will be slightly browned and will look out appetitive from under the crispy ” blanket” of puff pastry.
Each strip of dough is smeared with mustard, retreating from the edge. At the base of each strip, lay the sausage, and roll the dough into a roll. Place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
