The main thing is not to overexpose the chicken breast in the oven. But let’s get down to business? Chicken breasts, if sold in their entirety, consist of two pieces. And the inner one, narrow and thin, is very easily separated from the outer one. We also cut some extra meat from the side where the breast is particularly thick. The pieces must be of uniform thickness.
Grease the surface of the chops with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt. After that, put the Breasts in a plastic bag and make chops out of them. It is not necessary to beat here, but rather to press, and just a little – to roll out.
Salt is also working on further softening of the structure of the meat. Cooked chops should increase in area by about one and a half times.
Remove the core from the pineapple and cut off the outer layer. Cut it into rings. Cut the chili pepper into thin rings.
Preheat the oven to 392F (200C). We stack the broken pieces with the outer surface of the top in a fireproof form. We spread pineapple rings on them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chili.
