Step-by-step recipe
Smoothies can be served chilled or slightly warmed up, which will make it look like hot chocolate, and the amount of milk can be adjusted to its consistency, bringing it closer to a chocolate dessert or drink. Choose the option to your taste and enjoy a healthy and delicious smoothie for breakfast!
Prepare the ingredients
The basic components of the smoothie: avocado, oatmeal, a little cocoa and ground cinnamon. Milk, seeds and sweeteners can be selected to your taste. Natural chocolate-add it and the flavor will be fantastic!
Place the peeled ripe avocado in the blender bowl. Add cocoa, oatmeal, ground cinnamon, and other ingredients to taste. I add 1 tbsp each of flax and sesame seeds. Chop the components within a few minutes. Heat the milk to a warm state. If you are exposed to high temperatures for a long time, the avocado fruit may start to turn bitter. Therefore, if you are very hot or boiled milk, cool it a little before use, so as not to spoil the taste of the drink and preserve all the useful properties of its components. Turn off the heat and add ground spices, chocolate and sweetener to the milk to taste (I used honey). Stir. Gradually, while continuing to beat, pour the milk into the bowl of the blender. The consistency of the drink can be selected to taste. Ready smoothies can be immediately served to the table or decorate with a pinch of nuts, grated chocolate, adding a cap of coconut cream. Vegetarian smoothie “hot chocolate” is ready! Bon Appetit!
