We offer you an unusual recipe for a snack cake. Sandwich cake with salmon, tuna and cream cheese of two types is sure to diversify the festive table, because the “cake” will not only be delicious, but also beautiful. Sandwich snack cake with salmon and tuna.
Bread for toast 16 pieces
Lightly salted salmon 7.05 oz
Canned tuna, in its own juice 5.29
Classic cream cheese 7.41 oz
Cream cheese with chili pepper 7.76 oz
Fresh cucumbers 2 PCs.
Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
Red bell pepper 3.53 oz
Cherry tomatoes 2 PCs
Fresh dill 1 bunch
Fresh parsley 1 sprig
Seedless olives 7 PCs

Preparing products for a sandwich snack cake with fish and cheese.
Chop 3-4 sprigs of dill. Add the chopped dill to the classic cream cheese. Mix the cheese thoroughly with the dill. With each piece of bread for toast, cut off the crusts and give the bread any shape, square or rectangle.
Spread the bread on a flat plate or wooden form, also in any shape, square or rectangle. Grease the bread on top with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Preparing the tuna filling. Open the can of tuna, drain all the liquid and mash the tuna with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, pepper to taste.
Spread the tuna filling on the bread and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Put the next layer of bread on the tuna filling. Spread the bread with cream cheese and chili pepper.
Cut the cucumber into small circles and spread it on the cream cheese. Make a mesh of mayonnaise. Next, put the pieces of bread and cream cheese with dill on them. Cream cheese with dill is carefully and evenly spread on the surface of the bread.
Cut the salmon into small strips. A few pieces of fish are left aside for decoration. On cream cheese with dill we spread strips of salmon. Put the last pieces of bread on the fish and grease the top and sides of the sandwich cake with mayonnaise.
Preparing decorations for a festive snack. Cucumber cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin half rings. Cut the bell pepper quite finely. Chop the dill and cut the olives into circles. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Halves of cucumbers spread at the bottom, along the perimeter of the cake, and on top of the edges.
Put half of the tomato in the middle. Sprinkle pepper on the sides and top of the cake. Also sprinkle up and sides of the cake with chopped dill and circles of olives. We twist the fish pieces, put them on top and put parsley leaves in the middle of the rolled fish pieces.
We carefully wipe the plate or wooden form and send the sandwich snack cake with fish and cheese to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Snack cake with salmon, tuna, cream cheese and vegetables is ready. Bon Appetit!
