Ingredients:

Wheat flour 1 cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Butter   4.41 oz (125g)
Nectarines 2 pieces
Sugar ¾ cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond extract 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
Eggs 2 pieces

Instruction:

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the nectarines well under running water, dry them with paper towels, and remove the stems and seeds. Cut the fruit into thin slices, transfer to a plate, and set aside for a while. To make a pie according to this recipe, you can use both nectarines and peaches. I know that some peel the fruit from the skin, but do not do this, since the already thin skin, after heat treatment, becomes even softer. Peach nutmeg pie can be served with balls of your favorite ice cream or whipped cream.

Beat the butter and 3/4 Cup sugar with a mixer on high speed. Continuing to beat, add 2 eggs one at a time.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour the mixture in a thin stream into the egg-oil mixture and mix with a mixer on a slow speed. Put the dough in a baking dish. Put slices of nectarines in the dough. Mix half a Cup of sugar with nutmeg and sprinkle this mixture on the nectarines. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 392°F. Leave the finished cake to cool for 10 minutes without removing it from the mold. Serve warm. As an accompaniment to sweet or chocolate sauce. Bon Appetit!
