A thick fruit and vegetable smoothie made from fresh beets, carrots, bananas and apples is quite capable of replacing a hearty breakfast. Vegetables, fruits and berries give the drink nutrition, rich color and natural sweetness. Adding orange, raspberry and lemon juice to the beetroot base of the drink gives it a fruity note and a pleasant sweet and sour taste. Try it! Beetroot smoothie with raspberries oranges and apples.

Instruction. Beetroot smoothie with raspberries oranges and apples.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Prepare the ingredients. For cooking, you can use fresh or frozen raspberries. From the specified number of products, approximately 50.62 fl oz of smoothies are obtained.
Peel the beets, wash them, cut them into small cubes and put them in a deep bowl.
Pour boiling water over the beetroot slices and leave for about 2 minutes. Then drain the hot water, cover the beets with cold water, and flip them into a sieve or colander so that all the liquid runs off.
Peel the banana, orange and carrot. Remove the seed pods from apples and the seeds from oranges. Cut the carrots and fruit into small pieces. Place the sliced beetroot, carrot, orange, Apple and banana in the blender bowl. Add raspberries.
Whisk everything on high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until smooth. For convenience, you can divide the products and beat them in portions, as well as add a little water to make it easier for the blender.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add lemon juice to the smoothie to taste (I added about 2 tablespoons).
Whisk still for about 20-30 seconds. Adjust the density of the drink to your taste by adding chilled drinking water.
Bright beetroot smoothie with apples, raspberries and oranges is ready. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve, adding ice cubes, straws, and fruit slices if desired.
