Beef Bolognese with pasta.
Beef Bolognese with pasta
To prepare this meat sauce, you will need high-quality ingredients. We recommend buying beef or ground beef, respectively. Do not take too fat minced pork, otherwise a film of fat will appear on the surface of the sauce, and we do not need it. Ground beef, especially if it is made from dry-aged beef, is lean, but it has a rich meat taste and aroma. This is the sauce ingredient we need.
The longer the beef Bolognese is cooked, the tastier it is. We will not spend much time on cooking, but we assure you that the taste and aroma of this sauce will not be worse. Try it!
