To prepare this meat sauce, you will need high-quality ingredients. We recommend buying beef or ground beef, respectively. Do not take too fat minced pork, otherwise a film of fat will appear on the surface of the sauce, and we do not need it. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Diced yellow onion 1 PC

Tomato paste 3.53oz
Beef broth 2 cups
Italian seasoning 2 teaspoons

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the oil. Cook the onion, carrot, and celery until the onion is translucent. Add garlic, minced meat and celery. Fry the mixture until the pink streaks in the meat disappear.
Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, stirring thoroughly. Add tomato paste, broth, seasoning, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
In a separate saucepan, heat the milk, but do not bring to a boil. This will take 2-3 minutes. Gradually pour the milk into the sauce and cook for another 30 minutes.
