Put all the ingredients of the drink (except water and lime juice) in the bowl of a blender. Pour 1/2 Cup of water. Let’s start whipping smoothies at high speed with a blender, adding water along the way until you get the desired consistency of the drink. The drink turned out to be a little grainy, because it contains seeds and nuts.
Try a smoothie to taste, add lime juice. I didn’t think there was enough sweetness, so I added a little pineapple syrup. After that, turn on the blender for a few more seconds. The drink is ready, if desired, it can be further cooled. Pour the pineapple-mint smoothie into serving glasses or jars and serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.
