Lime 2 pieces
Water 1 Cup
Sugar ¼ Cup
Fresh mint 9 stalks
Lime zest 1 teaspoon
Lime juice 1 tablespoon

In a large bowl, mix the grapes cut in half and the plums, peaches, and nectarines cut into small pieces. Cover and refrigerate.
Carefully cut 6 strips of lime zest (only the green part) with a citrus knife and transfer to a saucepan. Add water, sugar and 3 sprigs of mint. Bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes, until the volume is reduced to 0.5 cups.
Remove the zest and sprigs of mint. Cool, then add the remaining chopped mint, lime juice and zest. Pour the sauce over the fruit and mix gently.
