Instructions:

First of all, when buying seeds, it is important to pay attention to their quality. They must be fresh and without any damage. Before cooking, you need to sort them out, remove all the garbage and rinse thoroughly under running water.

In the evening, we prepare flax seeds and water. Fill the flax seeds with water, mix and leave for 8 hours (or overnight).

Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, put it in a container and send it to the freezer. In the morning, we prepare everything necessary for cooking porridge.
The flax seeds soaked up the water overnight and swelled. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.

Flax seeds are placed in the bowl of a blender and interrupted at high speed. Then add the raisins and honey. Also whisk.
