Sunflower seeds 3 tablespoons
Pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Water 1 Cup
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes
How to make multi-grain bread:
Turn on and preheat the oven to 338F degrees.
In a bowl, pour the dry ingredients: oat flakes, whole-grain flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and salt.
Then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 Cup of water. Stir.
Pour the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Spread the dough with a spoon over the entire surface of the parchment and level it.
Bake in the oven at 338F for 10 minutes. Then we take the baking sheet out of the oven and cut the dough layer into rectangles (or into pieces of another shape).
Half sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Again, put the multi-grain bread in the oven and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
Let it cool down and divide the multi-grain loaves among themselves.
