If you plan to make a quick and satisfying dish from prawns, you can add tomatoes, zucchini and young corn. These ingredients do not need a long heat treatment, the ideal solution is to prepare a strip-fry. Fry the vegetables with a quick stirring, so that they are juicy and fresh. Add fresh garlic and basil from the spices. Their bright flavors will perfectly complement the dish. Before serving, sprinkle with parmesan shavings and drizzle with lemon juice. Large prawns (peeled) 35.20oz
Butter 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Zucchini, diced 2 PCs
Corn cob, cut 2 pieces of grain
Red grape tomatoes 3 PCs
Yellow tomatoes 4 PCs
Basil leaves 1 bunch
Parmesan cheese 5 tablespoons
Juice of 1 lemon
Rice or pasta to serve (optional)

Cooking according to the recipe:

Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and garlic and fry until the prawns turn pink, about 3 minutes. Transfer the prawns to a plate. Healthy recipes: Stir-fry with prawns.
Increase the heat to maximum and toss the zucchini into the pan. Fry, stirring, for about 45 seconds, then slide the courgettes to the sides of the pan. Toss the corn and fry it for a minute, then push it back against the sides of the pan, too. Add the grape tomatoes and fry, stirring, for a minute, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Then return the prawns to the pan. Fry everything together, stirring, for about 45 seconds, or until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and warmed up. Then transfer to a large platter.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and chopped parmesan and the best moment is to sprinkle lemon juice on top. This will add a wonderful freshness to the dish.
