Large prawns (peeled) 35.20oz
Butter 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Zucchini, diced 2 PCs
Corn cob, cut 2 pieces of grain
Red grape tomatoes 3 PCs
Yellow tomatoes 4 PCs
Basil leaves 1 bunch
Parmesan cheese 5 tablespoons
Juice of 1 lemon
Rice or pasta to serve (optional)
Cooking according to the recipe:
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and garlic and fry until the prawns turn pink, about 3 minutes. Transfer the prawns to a plate. Healthy recipes: Stir-fry with prawns.
Increase the heat to maximum and toss the zucchini into the pan. Fry, stirring, for about 45 seconds, then slide the courgettes to the sides of the pan.
