Ingredients

Garlic 3 cloves
Squid 6 pieces
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Crushed tomatoes in their own juice 6 tablespoons
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Mix of French herbs 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons

Instruction. Squid in garlic and tomato sauce.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Defrost the squid (if necessary), clean and wash it. Dry the carcasses and make longitudinal notches on both sides with a very sharp knife without cutting through the carcass.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and finely chop the garlic. Mix tomatoes, mashed tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs in a bowl, pour in olive oil. Put the squid in the resulting mixture, cover them inside and out and leave for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil well, quickly put the squid, pour the remaining sauce and fry, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes. Squid in tomato sauce is ready. Serve with fresh parsley. Bon Appetit!
