Cooking time one hour

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
In the process of cooking, you will need foil. Cut the turkey fillet into medium-sized pieces. Pass the turkey fillet through a meat grinder.

Peel and slice the onion. Peel the apple, remove the core and also cut into slices. Pass the onion and apple through a meat grinder into a bowl with ground turkey.

In a bowl with minced meat, add the egg, corn flour, basil (I have dried, but you can use fresh basil), salt and ground black pepper. Stir in the minced meat and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 356F degrees.
Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator and form 10 cutlets with your hands soaked in water. In a frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and lay out the cutlets.
Fry the cutlets on both sides until Golden brown over medium heat.

Transfer the fried cutlets to a baking dish, cover with a lid or foil and send them to the oven preheated to 356F degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Turkey cutlets with apple and basil are ready. Serve the cutlets hot with any garnish, garnished with green onions if desired.
Bon Appetit!
