Tomato juice 1 Cup
Avocado 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Cucumber 1 PC.
Dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Cheese 3.53 oz
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Fresh purple Basil 1 sprig

Prepare all the ingredients. Smoothies are prepared in 10 minutes, so it is very convenient when all the ingredients are at hand.
Cut the cheese into cubes of any size and roll in dry oregano. Top with half the olive oil. Leave the cheese to marinate while the smoothie is being prepared.
Remove the hard skin and seeds from the avocado. Peel the pepper from the stalk and seeds. Remove the hard skin from the cucumber in a thin layer. Cut the avocado, cucumber, and sweet pepper into large chunks. Place the cucumber, sweet pepper, and avocado in the bowl of a blender and mash until pureed. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
