Instruction:. Yogurt cake with peaches.

Cooking time 3 hours 40 minutes

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

First, make the gelatin for the yogurt layer. Pour the peach syrup over the gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. (It may take longer, depending on the type of gelatin.) The gelatin should swell. Cut the peaches into pieces.

In a wide bowl, pour the syrup from the canned peaches and, lowering the cookies with the flat side half in the syrup, put them on the bottom of a medium-sized mold. Whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form. Continuing to beat, enter the powdered sugar and beat in tight peaks.

Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath until it dissolves in the syrup.
Combine the yogurt and gelatin and mix until smooth. Add the whipped cream to the yogurt mixture and mix gently. Add the sliced peaches and stir.

Place the creamy yogurt mass on top of the cookies and flatten the top.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The layer should become dense and not leave a trace on the surface when touched.

After the yogurt layer has frozen, start preparing the top layer of jelly. Pour the peach syrup over the gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Then dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath. Pour the jelly layer into the dessert mold and refrigerate for another 1 hour.

Yogurt jelly cake with peaches can be left this way or decorated to your taste. In this case, the dessert is sprinkled with crushed cookies, slightly pressed into the jelly.

Yogurt cake with peaches is ready. It can be cut and served. Bon Appetit!
