Step by step recipe

I often cook brownies with various additives: raspberries, nuts, cottage cheese, peanut butter, caramel and even pumpkin, but perhaps the most successful and delicious option is brownie with cherry! The dough turns out a little crispy on top, and the middle is a little wet. I recommend to cook it!
To make a brownie chocolate cake with cherries, we need black chocolate (cocoa beans at least 70%), brown sugar (white possible), eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and baking powder, butter, any cherry (I have it frozen, I don’t need it defrost!), and always a pinch of salt to emphasize the taste of chocolate.
Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Cool and add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat. Add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir until smooth and put the dough in a greased form, flatten.

Put the cherries on top and set to bake at 356 F (180C) for 40-45 minutes. Cool brownies completely, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Brownies are traditionally served with coffee. Bon Appetit!
