The brownie dough is similar to sponge cake, but it is more of a buttery sponge cake. If you like a bright chocolate flavor, add 5.29 chocolate.
I often cook brownies with various additives: raspberries, nuts, cottage cheese, peanut butter, caramel, and even pumpkin, but perhaps the most successful and delicious option is a brownie with cherries! The dough turns out a little crispy on top, and the middle is a little wet. I recommend cooking it!
To make a brownie chocolate cake with cherries, we need black chocolate (cocoa beans at least 70%), brown sugar (white possible), eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and baking powder, butter, any cherry (I have it frozen, I don’t need it defrost!), and always a pinch of salt to emphasize the taste of chocolate.
Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Cool and add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat. Add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir until smooth and put the dough in a greased form, and flatten.
Put the cherries on top and set to bake at 356°F for 40-45 minutes. Cool brownies completely, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Brownies are traditionally served with coffee. Serve a chocolate brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
There are quite a few brownie recipes, and they differ in details. In addition to chocolate and cocoa, the brownie dough contains a lot of sugar and butter, and relatively little flour. Some brownie recipes include nuts, chocolate chips, cream cheese, and coffee, and the surface of the finished cake is suggested to be covered with cream or glaze.
Bon Appetit!
