Tea with ginger, lemon and honey is a great drink that will quickly warm your body and soul. In addition to strengthening the immune system and protecting the body from colds, ginger tea with lemon will give energy and strength for the whole day. It should be drunk either in the morning or in the afternoon, because it is well toned and invigorating, and for an evening meal, for example, tea with chamomile is suitable. You can drink a whole glass at once, it is better to do of course each time a fresh portion. But if you have no time, you are busy all day at work, then prepare a drink immediately for the whole day, in this case it should be stored in the refrigerator. And before use, pour into a glass and let it stand on the table so that it warms up to room temperature. Or just a little, to warm up in the microwave, on a steam bath or low heat. The main thing is not to heat it up too much, otherwise it will lose all the healthy substances and vitamins.

Ingredients:
Fresh ginger root 1 teaspoon
Lemon or lime 2 slices
Honey 1 teaspoon or to taste
Warm water 1 cup
Instructions:. Immunity drink with ginger lemon and honey.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Wash and peel the ginger root and grate it on a fine grater (you can also grind it in a blender). You will need 1 teaspoon per glass.
Pour the grated ginger with a glass of warm water, squeeze the lemon juice and add a little honey to taste.
Cover with a lid and let the drink stand for 30-40 minutes.
Lemon can be immediately squeezed into the infusion, or you can add it in the form of slices just before use. The same applies to honey, especially if it is liquid, it will quickly disperse in the drink. I usually add 1 teaspoon of honey to a glass.
I want to add a few more words about the healthy properties of the drink made of ginger, honey and lemon. It not only strengthens the immune system, but also contributes to weight loss, as part of ginger has the ability to burn fat, accelerate metabolism and act suppressively on the appetite.
If you do not have ginger root, I strongly advise you to prepare lemon water with honey. And a simple cup of ordinary tea with lemon, drunk in the morning or in the afternoon, will significantly increase your performance, because lemon, like ginger, improves blood circulation, heart and brain function.
