Mackerel baked with tomatoes and onions is a light, delicious and easy to prepare fish dish.  Mackerel is a very healthy fish. We are used to eating it salted or pickled, as well as baked. Ingredients:

Mackerel 34.57oz
Tomatoes 17.64oz
Onion 2 PCs
Lemon 1/3 PCs
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Fresh parsley for serving 3 sprigs

Cooking time one hour

Prepare all the products.
Pre-defrost the fish carcasses. Wash and dry the vegetables. Turn on the oven to preheat to 356F degrees. Cut off the heads, tails, and fins of the fish and remove the entrails. Wash the fish thoroughly.
Cut the mackerel across the carcass in small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into thin circles, without breaking it into rings. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Season the bottom of the mold with salt and pepper.

Fill the form with fish and vegetables, alternating in a circle a piece of mackerel, a circle of onions, a circle of tomatoes.

Sprinkle the mackerel and vegetables with lemon juice and brush with the remaining vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the fish and vegetables for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 356F degree oven.
