They are made simply, and you can use everything that is left in the refrigerator. For example, after last night’s dinner or party: cheese, mashed potatoes, meat cuts. Agree, this is very convenient. Choose starchy potatoes, neat round shape; it usually has a fairly thin pinkish skin and dense, white flesh. Such potatoes in a pot will keep their shape, will not become watery, and on a plate will be crumbly.

For mashed potatoes:
Potatoes 21.16 oz
Butter 4 tablespoons
Milk 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Seasonings to taste
Hard cheese 3.53 oz
Bacon 10.58 oz
Chicken eggs 3 PCs
Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs flour 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil for deep-fryins
Instruction. Potato balls with cheese and bacon.
Cooking time 40 minutes
First of all, boil the potatoes in salted water until fully cooked and puree them. Add butter, a little milk, salt and your favorite seasonings to the puree. I added red chili pepper, and my balls turned out sharp.
Puree should be well cooled, and at this time cut the hard cheese into large cubes. Mix the eggs and whisk.
As soon as the mashed potatoes cool down, you can form balls from them. This is done by hands, of course, clean. In the middle of the potato ball you need to put a cube of cheese. Make this way as many balls as you have enough mashed potatoes and cheese.
Next, wrap each potato ball with cheese in two thin slices of bacon. Now roll the potato balls in bacon in flour, dip in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry the potato balls with cheese and bacon until they have a golden, delicious crispy crust!
