To make a homemade pizza with steak, we recommend buying meat for a wet-aged steak. This is an incredibly juicy and flavorful meat that is perfect for grilling. For pizza, it is better to buy aged beef, choosing from the category of lean cuts. Perfect cut from the lumbar part of the carcass – Sirloin steak. This is lean, but very flavorful and juicy meat. Grilled, it becomes doubly delicious and flavorful.
To cook the steak properly, preheat the pan or grill well. Fry the steak meat on both sides for 3 minutes, turning the steak with tongs. This will help avoid punctures and loss of meat juices. As soon as the Sirloin steak “rests” under the foil for at least 5 minutes, it should be cut into thin slices. It remains to collect the pizza and bake it. To save time, use a ready-made dough or blank. As for the sauce, you can use tomato sauce with basil.

Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato paste with Basil 1 Cup
Grated blue cheese 7.76 oz
Sliced mozzarella 14.11 oz

Preheat the grill, then lower the temperature to medium. Season the aged beef steaks with salt and pepper and fry to the desired degree of roasting. Transfer the meat to a cutting Board and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the pizza preparation into 4 equal parts, roll out each piece one and a half times, cut in half. Brush with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side. Turn off the heat to cool the grill a little, transfer the dough to a cooler part of it.
Thinly slice the beef steaks. Put the tomato paste, steak slices, blue cheese and mozzarella on each piece of dough. Close the grill lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.
