Pork (fillet) 24.69 oz (700 g)
Apple 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
White cabbage 7.05 oz (200 g)

Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Mustard in grains 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons

Bake pork with vegetables and apples in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 392F degrees.

After this time, remove the meat from the sleeve and pour the resulting juice. We send the pig “accordion” in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, so that the excess liquid evaporates, and the meat is slightly browned.
