Avocado oil 2 teaspoons

Cooking time 15 minutes
Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces and put them in a deep dish. Add sliced cucumbers to the tomatoes.
Cut into cubes in a plate with vegetables bread with bran.
Cut into not very small inflorescences of broccoli and cauliflower and add to the vegetables in a plate.
Tofu is made from soy beans, so it is often called soy curd or soy cheese. From this, the finished dish will significantly benefit in taste.
We cut the tofu cheese into pieces the same size as tomatoes and cucumbers, and add it to an almost ready salad. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and avocado oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetable salad with tofu, mix and serve immediately. Light vegetable salad with tofu cheese is ready.
