Apple (green) 1 PC.
Kiwi 1 PC.
Peking cabbage 3.53 oz (100 g)
Bran 1 tablespoon
Natural yogurt 1/2 Cup
Mint to taste
Honey on request

Prepare the ingredients. Fruits, cabbage and mint will be rinsed and dried. Yogurt can be replaced with yogurt or yogurt, you will get a more liquid consistency. I have a bran – rye.
